FitOldDog's Plantar Fasciitis Research Newsletter

You're possibly thinking, "I thought you were going to fix my plantar fasciitis!" It turns out, based on our research and personal experience, that changing the way you move is the best, and safest, way to fix so-called plantar fasciitis.

Why 'so-called plantar fasciitis? Read my research report, for clarification on this important point. You can download it to your downloads folder, here!

The trick is to work out what you need to change. How you can move differently, to solve the underlying cause.

Think about it: The treatments out there, that claim success, include,
  • Injecting cortisone or blood platelets into your heel.
  • Zapping your heel with high voltage electricity.
  • Changing your shoes.
  • Rolling your heel on a pimply rubber ball.
  • Buying an ASTRO.
  • Rolling and stretching your calves.
  • Massaging your feet with coconut oil.
Everyone of these treatments has been show, based on our patient survey work, to:
  1. Help in some cases.
  2. Do nothing in others.
  3. Actually make things worse, sometimes!
What do all these treatments have in common? They draw attention to how you move. They increase you awareness of your feet - normally locked in a prison, called shoes. They can, therefore, change the way you move. But they only works some of the time, in some people - it's a crap shoot!

If you want to learn more, just write and ask questions about your case.

That's it. Buy our latest book, at this link, or not, we'll happily talk about your case. We learn from each case we solve!

Wishing you happy feet and happy trails,
